Support & Donations
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We are calling upon our members and supporters to take decisive action in helping us clear the outstanding loan that continues to place significant pressure on the temple’s financial position. This is a collective responsibility. Every contribution—regardless of amount—directly strengthens our capacity to operate with stability, integrity, and long-term vision.
As of February 2026, the remaining loan balance stands at £200,000 (two hundred thousand pounds). The trustees have set a clear repayment target of £40,000 (forty thousand pounds) per year, with the firm objective of settling the full balance within five years.
We now ask for your committed support. Your donation is not merely financial assistance; it is a concrete investment in the temple’s future—ensuring that it remains a stable spiritual and cultural centre for present and future generations.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Ven. Phramaha Bhatsakorn Piyobhaso Chairman and Founder of Wat Phra Srisanphet UK

Food donations
Offering a meal to monks happens every day between 10:00 am -12:00 pm whenever the monks are present. Please always double-check with the resident monks as sometimes, they have appointments to take the service and meals outside.
At the Temple, we always have plenty of rice, instant coffee, black and green tea, hand soap, cream cleanser, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, paracetamol/Panadol, thus before shopping dana for the temple, it would be best to ask about the specific needs of the temple.

Temple’s outstanding loans
Although the Trust successfully purchased the property to accommodate monks and hold religious services and events, the Trust still has an outstanding loan of £200,000 (two hundred thousand pounds). We, therefore, appeal for your kind donations towards repaying the loans and funding the running costs of the temple.
Standing Order
Temple income varies greatly from month to month, depending on numbers of visitors, public events and festivals. A Standing Order allows a bank to take the same amount of money regularly from your account to pay to the Trust on a specified date. Standing Order donations will be spent on paying utility bills and other running costs. You can set up a direct debit on your own, or download the standing order form and return the completed form to the Temple.
